Saquon Barkley’s Chester County residence was the target of a home invasion on Saturday morning, the Chester County District Attorney’s Office said.
The home invasion occurred at around 5 a.m. in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township, the D.A.’s office said.
When officers arrived at the scene, the suspects had fled, but they believe the car below may have been involved in the incident.
“We are incredibly grateful that the Barkley family was not injured during this incident. We are asking the public to help us identify those responsible by checking any home security cameras for suspicious activity in the area around 5:00 a.m. If you saw anything unusual or have video that may assist investigators, please contact the Tredyffrin Township Police Department immediately,” the D.A.’s office said.
According to a law enforcement source, Saturday’s home invasion could be linked to theft ring that targeted Jeffrey Laurie and Michael Rubin’s homes in Lower Merion last week.
