Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced that its wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, Risk Placement Services, has acquired Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based W.N. Tuscano Agency. Terms were not disclosed. Tuscano is a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker serving independent agents across western Pennsylvania, offering commercial auto and trucking, general liability, inland marine and workers’ compensation. The agency has operated for more than 40 years, employs roughly 100 people, and will remain at its current location under Robin Tuscano, reporting to Steve Levin, RPS’s Northeast Region leader.
