The bride-elect is the daughter of Christine and Thomas Horn, Old Forge. She is a floral designer in Dunmore.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jennifer and Christopher Banks, Taylor. He earned an associate degree in criminal justice from Lackawanna College.
The wedding is set for Sept. 26, 2026, at Luzerne County Courthouse.
