Pennsylvania woman hit, killed by falling tree branch

Woman dies after tree limb falls on her in Butler County

PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

A Butler County woman who was working in her yard died after a tree limb fell on her Tuesday evening, police said.

Penn Township police were sent to the 400 block of Three Degree Road just after 5:50 p.m.

When officers arrived, a family member was attempting CPR. Police said the woman died at the scene.

The coroner’s office has not officially identified the woman yet.
