BERKS COUNTY, Pa. – Pump prices have increased by nearly thirty cents in Berks County in the past week.
Triple A says the average for a gallon of regular unleaded in the Reading area is currently at $4.28 a gallon.
The average yesterday was at $4.22, and $4.00 a week ago.
Triple A has cited the instability along the Strait of Hormuz as a contributing factor to the price increase at the pump.
