CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Troopers are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who exposed himself to a woman walking her dog in a Pennsylvania state forest this week.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the indecent exposure incident happened in the Michaux State Forest on Monday around 8:30 a.m. in Cooke Township, Cumberland County.
The man was described as being between 40 and 50 years old, and he was driving a black Toyota van.
State police said he stopped the van and waited for the woman to walk by. When she did, he opened the door and exposed himself to her.
