A man was killed in a crash Wednesday night on County Road 563 in Washington Township, Burlington County, according to New Jersey State Police.
At 11:52 p.m. on July 22, troopers responded to a crash on southbound CR-563 at milepost 26.9.
Preliminary investigation indicated that the driver of a Chevrolet passenger vehicle lost control, ran off the right side of the road, struck multiple trees and overturned, state police said.
The driver, identified as 22-year-old Kyle J. Thompson from Bensalem, Pennsylvania, was killed in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
Troopers said no additional information was available.
