Federal prosecutors charge 16 from Pittsburgh in crack cocaine scheme
PITTSBURGH —
Sixteen people from Pittsburgh are facing cocaine trafficking charges by the federal government.
According to officials, the defendants conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine and cocaine from November 2025 through July 2026.
Prosecutors allege lead defendant DeConta Harrison is responsible in connection to at least 280 grams of crack cocaine.
Harrison faces a sentence of at least 10 years in jail, a fine of up to $10 million or both.
All other defendants face at least five years in prison, a $5 million fine or both.
