DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man is facing charges after he was accused of raping dancers at two different central Pennsylvania clubs, court documents show.

Felony charges of rape, sexual assault, and trafficking were filed in July against Clements Onukwubiri, 62, of Harrisburg, according to court records.

The criminal complaints filed against Onukwubiri show that in September 2022 he allegedly raped a dancer during a private dance when she had her back turned at a club along Jonestown Road in Harrisburg.

The woman said Onukwubiri convinced her it didn’t happen, but later admitted to her he exposed himself to her.

Investigators said the Pennsylvania State Police then began investigating any other potential victims.

Another dancer for a club along Newport Road in Reed Township reported to PSP on July 3, 2026, that she was allegedly raped while she was giving a private dance, according to the complaint. She said the man, later identified as Onukwubiri, was with her in a private room when she was raped.

She told Troopers she was able to move herself away and described it as “a battle,” the complaint said. Afterward, Onukwubiri gave her his number.

The complaint shows that she was also shown a photo of him and identified him.

When law enforcement went to arrest Onukwubiri at a residence in Harrisburg on July 7, he had to be pulled outside after he opened the door and attempted to retreat inside, court documents show. He was charged with resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension.
