Nick Harken led the Friars with 26 points in the victory.
In the girls championship, Emmaus beat Catasauqua in double overtime in the semifinals to advance to the championship where they played Bensalem.
The Owls defeated the Green Hornets 24-18. Falyn Savage had 12 points for Bensalem.
