The Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention races weren’t the only judicial elections being decided by voters in Tuesday’s elections. There were also races for state Superior Court and Commonwealth Court.

As with the retention races, Democrats swept all the remaining statewide appeals court positions. In the race for Superior Court, Brandon Neuman defeated Maria Battista by a margin of 55% to 43%. Meanwhile, Superior Court Judge Alice Dubow won her retention election to remain on the court.

In the race for Commonwealth Court Judge, Democrat Stella Tsai defeated Republican Matt Wolford by a margin of 56% to 44%. Commonwealth Court Judge Michael Wojcik also won his retention election.
