A front is taking its time passing through Western Pennsylvania, so that means rain and storm chances will linger into late Tuesday afternoon.
Our first round was scattered through the morning commute. A second round looks to develop around lunchtime.
The severe risk has dropped a bit, but we still can’t rule out heavy downpours and a storm or two with strong wind gusts.
The rain and storms taper off closer to sunset and we quiet down overnight.
