According to a report from the Allegheny County Health Department, a restaurant remains closed after it was ordered closed earlier this month.
The report shows Kirkland’s Bussin Kitchen on Broadway Avenue in Stowe Township remains closed after a reinspection on July 14.
The Health Department says that the restaurant’s permit is suspended after the reinspection.
The reinspection found that the following conditions to reopen were not met:
Pay food permit fee Ensure food probe is available to monitor food temperatures Clean the food utensil rack and walls Ensure all handwashing sinks have paper towels Make sure back room is free of rodent droppings repair a gap around the front door And more.
