A 16-year-old boy was shot in the neck in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The shooting happened on the 4700 block of Tackawanna Street around 1:30 p.m., according to police.
A shooting that injured a teen in Frankford is under investigation.

Police said the 16-year-old was taken to a local hospital, where he was placed in stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made. The shooting is under investigation.
