Flooding at Broad and 4th in Quakertown on Tuesday night

QUAKERTOWN, Pa. — Heavy storms caused flash flooding in parts of Bucks County on Tuesday night.
Floodwaters in the area of Fourth Street and Park Avenue in Quakertown were almost at some cars’ headlights.
Families could be seen pumping water out of their homes while emergency crews were marching through the high water to help those in need.
Quakertown officials have announced the borough is under a flood emergency.
