The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Jamie Bucher
• Jamie Bucher, 42, whose last known address was in the first block of South 10th Street, Reading, is wanted on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.
Bucher was convicted of indecent assault in 2018 and is required to register as a sex offender where she lives. York County officials issued a probation warrant on June 22, and on July 26 Reading police filed charges of failure to comply with registration requirements.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 125 pounds.
Andre Obryant
• Andre Obryant, 38, whose last known address was in the 800 block of North 11th Street, Reading, is wanted on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.
Reading police said Obryant, a sex offender covered by Megan’s Law for life, has not complied with the statute’s registration requirement. He is required to verify his registration every three months.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 180 pounds.
