Lackawanna County officials presented a $1,000 check to the American Cancer Society Coaches vs. Cancer of NEPA from the proceeds of the annual Lackawanna County 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, which was held on July 24-25 in front of the Lackawanna County Government Center on Wyoming Avenue, Scranton.
