Driver critically injured in head-on crash in Pittsburgh’s Esplen neighborhood
The cause of the crash on West Carson Street is still under investigation.
PITTSBURGH —
A driver was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after a head-on crash overnight in Pittsburgh’s Esplen neighborhood.
The crash caused significant damage on West Carson Street.
The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.
He told officers the other vehicle suddenly crossed lanes into oncoming traffic, hitting him head-on, police said.
Police are investigating the exact cause of the crash.
