READING, Pa. – Reading’s housing market can be seen in the national spotlight.
The Wall Street Journal and Realtor.com have ranked the Reading metro area sixth among the nation’s hottest housing markets.
The report cited strong demand, affordability, and quality of life.
Some realtors, however, say affordable doesn’t necessarily mean prices will stay that way.
Lancaster is the only other Pennsylvania market to crack the top six, receiving the number three spot on the list.
