Painesville City recently announced that traffic will be restricted for about four weeks on part of Route 20 that heads east into Painesville Township.
The city said that the restrictions, which apply to East Erie Street between Fobes Street in the city and Mantle Road in the township, are due to work on a gas line.
“While traffic is maintained in both directions, expect delays for approximately four weeks,” the city stated. “Please prepare for delays while traveling East Erie Street in Painesville and Painesville Township.”
