Jacqueline (Krause) L. Peters
OBITUARY
Jacqueline “Jackie” L. (Krause) Peters, 92, formerly of Slatington passed away July 25, 2026. at L. V. Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Peters. Born January 7, 1934, in Coplay, PA. She was the daughter of the late Raymond W. and Ferba A. (Grim) Krause. She was a member of Friedens Church where she sang in the choir for many years and also served on the church council. She worked several places throughout her work career, including Paris Neckware, and Kraft Foods. Survivors: Daughter Janice L., wife of John Boos; and sons James D. Harwi; Jordy L. Harwi, and wife Leeann; Jody D. Harwi, and wife Patricia; and Jamie B. Harwi. Nine grandchildren, and one Great- grandson. She was also predeceased by her brother Rayburn R. Krause. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Friedens Church, U.C.C., 7227 PA Route 873, Slatington, PA., at 1:00 pm. Calling hours from 12-1 pm.
