WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – A woman who helped set up her husband’s killing in Whitehall Township has been sentenced.
Brenda Rodriguez from Palmerton was sentenced to serve two and a half to ten years in state prison.
She admitted to alerting people to her husband’s location at a store in Whitehall back in December.
Rodriguez allegedly then sat in a car and watched as her husband Hector Garcia Gomez was gunned down.
Police say Rodriguez believed her husband was having an affair.
The alleged killers, Liz Marie Pacheco and Christian Martinez-Ramos, both pleaded guilty to third degree murder in the case.
