The Miele Group recently marked the opening of a new Berks County satellite office location for Miele Amusements.
The new office, 290 Peach St., Ontelaunee Township, is a newly constructed approximately 10,000-square-foot facility built specifically to meet the company’s operational needs, Brent Peace, Miele Group chief of operations, said in an emailed response.
It serves as one of several regional offices for Miele Amusements and supports customers in eastern Pennsylvania.
The company, which has been in Berks County for about six years, previously operated from a smaller location in Bern Township before outgrowing the space, the company said.
“After several years in a leased facility, we saw an opportunity to invest in a permanent home for our business in Berks County,” Peace said in his response. “Building our own facility has allowed us to design a space tailored to our team’s needs while reinforcing our long-term commitment to the communities and customers we serve.”
Miele Amusements is one of five companies that are part of the Miele Group, and is a fourth-generation, family-owned company that provides amusement solutions to businesses throughout the region. Among the company’s products and services are jukeboxes, ATMs, pool tables, dart boards, arcade games, pinball machines, and other entertainment equipment, according to a release.
The company’s recent relocation reflects its continued growth and long-term commitment to serving customers throughout Berks and the surrounding region.

In July, the company marked the opening of the new office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that was attended by employees, community leaders, local partners, and members of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance.
Nicole Miele, chief administrative officer of Miele Group, officially opened the new office by cutting the ceremonial ribbon during the July 24 event. Guests then had the opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about the company’s operations.
“The new Leesport office gives us the space and resources to better support our employees while continuing to provide the fast, dependable service our customers have come to expect,” Cory Mundrick, branch manager of the new office, said in a statement. “We’re proud to be part of this community and look forward to building even stronger relationships with the businesses and organizations we serve throughout the region.”
Founded in 1935, the Miele Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned collection of companies headquartered in Muncy, Lycoming County. With more than 160 employees, the company serves businesses and communities throughout Pennsylvania and beyond through manufacturing, amusement services, commercial signage, real estate development and charitable giving, the company said.
