Perkins Restaurant & Bakery will soon close one of its locations in the Lehigh Valley.
The restaurant will close on Aug. 9 at 3400 Lehigh St. in Salisbury Township, according to signage posted at the restaurant’s entrance.
“We sincerely thank our valued guests and community for their loyalty and patronage over the years,” the sign said.
The reason for the closure was not immediately known.
The closure will leave just three Lehigh Valley locations remaining. They are on West Third Street in Bethlehem, Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem Township and Hamilton Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, according to the chain’s website.
Another Perkins location on West Main in Stroudsburg, Monroe County, closed in 2024 to make way for the planned expansion of Interstate 80.
