Bus trip: The Laurel Garden Club is accepting reservations for the 2026 summer bus trip to the New York Botanical Gardens, Bronx, N.Y., on Aug. 15. Reservations, open to guests at a cost of $105/person, include admission to the gardens, private tram tour and this year’s exhibition, “Flower Power,” a celebration of ’60’s symbolism of flowers as icons of peace and love.
