Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming Malayalam film ‘I’m Game’ is announced to hit the big screens on August 20, 2026, during the Oman season clashing with two major releases including Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Khalifa: Part 1’ and Nivin Pauly’s ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’. However, latest reports suggest that the film could be postponed because of delays in post-production.

According to Let’s Cinema, the film is facing delays in its post-production work. This may have led the makers to move the August 20 release date. However, there is no official announcement from the makers yet.

Speaking of the film, ‘I’m Game’ follows Dan John, a man who lives life in his own way. He has a carefree attitude and knows how to make easy money.Instead of depending on luck, Dan uses an algorithm to place his bets. Things change when the system starts working against him. His life then slowly starts going out of control.The trailer was recently released and showed Dulquer in a stylish role. It also featured action scenes and slick visuals.The makers recently released the first song from the film. The song is titled Mazhavillaye. Jakes Bejoy has composed the music, while Armaan Malik has sung the song. Sharfu has written the lyrics.The film also features Antony Varghese Pepe, Kayadu Lohar, Kathir, Mysskin, Samyuktha, Vinay Forrt, Jayasudha and Shyamaprasad.
