A Pennsylvania man wanted on a felony warrant for allegedly having unlawful contact with a minor was arrested at a Seaford card shop in May, and Nassau County police are now asking the public for information as the investigation continues.
Shane Michael Rossi, 40, was arrested at Pulls, a Pokémon card hobby store at 3663 Merrick Road in Seaford, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Police said the department assisted the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania with Rossi’s arrest and extradition after authorities learned he was wanted on a bench warrant for unlawful contact with a minor, a felony in Pennsylvania.
Rossi was located at the Seaford business, which specializes in Pokémon cards. Police said Rossi previously owned a similar card store in Pennsylvania at the time of the alleged incident.
He remains in custody in Pennsylvania, according to Nassau police.
The department’s Special Victims Squad is now seeking information from anyone who may have information related to the case. Police did not provide additional details about the allegations involving the minor.

The arrest was announced publicly by Nassau police in August, several months after Rossi was taken into custody.
Because the case involves an allegation concerning a minor and remains under investigation, authorities have not released additional information about the circumstances of the alleged contact.
Rossi is accused in Pennsylvania and is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
