The winning ticket was sold at Country Fair, 76 N. Main Street in Union City. For selling the top-prize-winning ticket, the retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery.
The $3,000,000 Golden Ticket is a $30 Scratch-Off game that offers top prizes of $3 million. Lottery officials have not released information about the winner, and prize claims remain subject to verification and validation procedures.

The Pennsylvania Lottery also noted that Scratch-Off tickets are distributed randomly throughout the state. Neither the Lottery nor its retailers know where winning tickets will be sold in advance. The location of winning tickets becomes known only after a prize has been claimed.
