EASTON, Pa. – The Easton Planning Commission reviewed a proposed warehouse in a neighboring municipality.

The proposal calls for a 272,000-square-foot warehouse at 40 Hilton St. in Williams Township. The building is slated to rise 50 feet tall and feature 208 parking spaces, 43 loading docks and 29 trailers. Existing buildings on the site will be demolished.

The plan calls to remove all existing site accesses and create two new access sites on Hilton Street.

Planners offered comments on the proposal including sidewalks, truck circulation, site access and questions as to if the Easton Fire Department had reviewed the plan.

The commission, however, took no formal action.
