CATASAQUA, Pa. – A Lehigh County man facing a slew of charges stemming from a Primary Election Day incident is now under house arrest.
A bail hearing was held Monday for Jack Pletz.
The DA says he was placed on house arrest with an electronic monitoring device and was ordered not to have contact with any witnesses.
He was charged last week with harassment and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Investigators say after Pletz’ Catasauqua neighbor testified against him during his preliminary hearing last month. Pletz harassed the man while driving past his house.
The new charges come on top of previous charges Pletz is facing for allegedly throwing an explosive device out of his car near a polling place on Primary Day in May.
