OBITUARY

Kathleen (DeLong) Klink, 87, of Myerstown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Aug 15, 2026 at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center. She was the wife of Kenneth W. Klink, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage on May 7th.

Kathleen, a daughter of the late Franklin P. DeLong and Anna M. (Weidman) Hiester, was born in Reading. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Lori R., wife of George M. James; a son, Edward A. Broskey, III; a step daughter, Lisa L., wife of Brian Gehring; a stepson, James Klink; three grandchildren, Emily, Justine, and Nicole; two step grandchildren, Stephanie, and Taylor; and a step great grandchild, Waylon. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Valerie A. Marko; a stepson, Kenton J. Rand; a brother, Richard; and three sisters, Shirley, Mary, and Marillis.

She enjoyed bowling, crossword and suduku puzzles, and reading. Kathleen especially enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, and listening to Patsy Cline music.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ of Robesonia.
