Dunmore’s Keystone Chapter UNICO announced its 14th annual scholarships and Brian Piccolo Awards winners. At the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, the Trades Scholarship was awarded to Mia Cooper by Keystone UNICO member Eileen Kovatch. From left: Dr. Karla Carlucci, director, CTCLC; Eileen Kovatch, co-sponsor representing the Kovatch/Perna Family Trade Scholarship; Mia Cooper, scholarship recipient, from Lakeland High School and the CTCLC, who will be attending Lackawanna College, majoring in sonography certification; and Jenn Savo, CTCLC instructor.
