Drivers can expect lane restrictions amid UGI upgrades in Catasauqua | Lehigh County

CATASAUQUA, Pa. – UGI Utilities says system upgrades starting this week in Catasauqua will lead to lane and parking restrictions.

Work is expected to be completed by mid-September and impact the 900 block of West Race Street (State Route 1004) between South 15th and Willow Brook Road, UGI said in a news release.

UGI said construction is scheduled Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Drivers should expect lane and parking restrictions, UGI said.

According to UGI, weather and working conditions may have an impact on the completion date. After underground work is complete, final paving and restoration will occur later, UGI said.
