Highmark has settled into its new home on Erie’s west side and recently opened its doors to show the community what the new space has to offer.
The Highmark Direct health insurance store is now operating inside the AHN Health and Wellness Pavilion Westside on West Ridge Road.
Inside the new location, visitors can meet one-on-one with licensed agents to compare Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans, along with other services designed to help guide them through their health insurance options.
Now that the store is located inside the AHN Pavilion, customers can enjoy a true one-stop experience for both insurance guidance and medical care.
Mike King, Director of Retail Stores for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, said, “Medicare is a confusing product, and we will sit one on one with anybody who is Medicare-eligible and explain all of their options, making the whole process simple.”
The service is available to anyone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
