The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
Christopher Walters
• Christopher Walters, 46, whose last known address was in the 1900 block of Friedensburg Road, Alsace Township, is wanted on theft by deception, tampering with public records and deceptive business practice charges.
Lower Heidelberg Township police said that on June 27 Walters sold a 2004 Hummer H2 for $12,000 when he was not the owner and made a false written statement to mislead the victim.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 165 pounds.
Victor Leon
• Victor Leon, 43, whose last known address was in the 1300 block of North 12th Street, Reading, is wanted on terroristic threats and simple assault charges.
Reading police said that on Oct. 17 the victim arrived at her home to find Leon yelling at her and threatening to cut off her head. He then grabbed a kitchen knife and chased her around the house. He cut his left hand and left the residence.
He is described as 5 feet 5 inches and 190 pounds.
