In addition to Daily Times Girls Athlete of the Year Felicia Grimmelbein of Garnet Valley, the All-Delco team includes:
Lauriel Morrison, Agnes Irwin: The senior was a versatile performer for the Owls, running everything from the 200 to the 1,600. Morrison’s specialties were the 400 and 800. She placed fifth in both events at the Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association and Inter-Ac League championships. She ran a personal best 57.74 in the 400 at the Henderson Last Chance for Nationals meet and 2:12.83 in the 800 at New Balance Nationals. Morrison took second in the 800 at the Delco championships. Morrison is just the second Agnes Irwin Girls Track and Field All-Delco ever, joining 2015 honoree Marin Bloise. She is headed to Temple University.

Damira Allen, Chester: The senior and four-time All-Delco capped her career as one of the greatest hurdlers in county history. Allen was a four-time Delco champ in the 100-meter hurdles and a three-time titlist in the 300 hurdles. She earned three outdoor state medals in the 100 hurdles and one in the 300 hurdles. She broke Dawn Burrell’s county record in the 100 hurdles with a time of 13.91 seconds as a junior in 2025. She also was a key member of Chester’s 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relay teams, winning gold in the 4×400 at districts and states in 2024. She will attend La Salle University.
Angel White, Chester Charter Scholars Academy: One of the driving forces behind the Sabers’ run to the District 1 Class 2A team title, she is CCSA’s inaugural girls track and field All-Delco. White won the 100 and 200 titles and was part of the winning 4 x 100-meter relay. She anchored the 4 x 400 relay to a second-place finish at districts to qualify for the PIAA Championships in all four events. Ten days earlier, White won all four events and was named the Track Athlete of the Meet at the Bicentennial Athletic League championships. She was third in the 100 and fourth in the 200 at the Delco Championships. White will attend La Salle University.
Maddie Clune, Haverford High: The only sophomore on the All-Delco team, Clune burst onto the scene and quickly proved to be one of the top javelin throwers in the area. She was first in the javelin in every meet she competed in until the District 1 Class 3A championships. She won the Delco championship with a throw of 123-5 and took fourth at the District 1 championships with a personal-best heave of 126-11. That’s the third-best throw by a Haverford athlete in the last 12 years. She placed 12th at the PIAA Class 3A championships.

Ava Cavanaugh, Episcopal Academy: The junior two-time All-Delco has developed into one of the top 400/800 runners in the state. She won both events at the Delco Championships and ranked first in the state in the 800 and sixth in the 400. Cavanaugh turned in the fastest time in the state in the 800 when she ran 2:06.10 at the Under Armour Track & Field Nationals at IMG Academy. That’s the second fastest time in Delco history. Cavanaugh ran a personal best of 55.02 to win the 400 at the Delco Championships, the second fastest Delco time in the last 26 years.
Kendra Williamson, Episcopal Academy: The junior is no stranger to post-season all-star selections. This is her fifth All-Delco team and second in outdoor track. She’s a three-time first-team selection in cross country and the 2025 Daily Times Cross Country Girls Runner of the Year. Williamson is one of the premier distance runners in the state. She ranks first in Delco and ninth in the state in both the 1,600 and 3,200. Williamson won the 1,600 at the Delco Championships for the third year in a row and the 3,200 for the second straight year in a county record 10:32.80. She won the PAISAA title in the 1,600 and finished second in the 3,200.
Justine Rimple, Marple Newtown: Rimple had quite the senior year for the Tigers. She broke the school record in the 100 (12.15 seconds), 200 (24.84) and the 400 (58.01) while also competing in the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays, as well as the high and long jumps. She won the Central League championship, finished second at Delcos and fifth at the District 1 Class 3A championships in the 100. Rimple was first at Delcos, and second at the Central League champs in the 200. Rimple is the first Marple Newtown Girls All-Delco in girls track and field since Lauren Hansell in 1998. She will attend Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
Maddux Morgan, Penncrest: A versatile athlete for the Lions who ran the 100, 200 and 400, she was a key member of the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays and was the top long jumper in the county. Morgan was first in the long jump at the Green Raider Invitational, Delco Relays, Springfield Invitational and Delco champs. She leaped a personal best 18-½ at the Delco Relays. She also ran a personal best 12.61 seconds to take fourth place in the 100 at the Central League championships. She is headed to Loyola University in Chicago.
Natalie Merriam, Radnor: One of the top female pole vaulters in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Merriam won the Delco championship for the third year in a row with a vault of 10-0 and took third at the PIAA District 1 Class 3A championships with a vault of 10-6. The junior cleared a career-best 11-0 in the first Central League dual meet of the season on her home track at Radnor, making her the sixth county athlete to top that height since 2001. Also competed in the 100-meter dash for the Raptors.

Afriye Owusu-Tuum, Ridley: The most versatile thrower in the county, Owusu-Tuum ranked in the top five in Delco in all three throwing events. She was No. 1 in the shot put (40-7), fourth in the discus (106-8) and fifth in the javelin (104-9). The senior was the Delco and Central League champ in the shot and discus and placed second in the shot put at the District 1 Class 3A Championships to earn a trip to the PIAA Championships, where she placed 14th. She will attend Temple University.
Kalin Alli-Kelly Springfield: The hurdles were arguably the strongest group in the county, and All-Kelly held her own in that deep group. She ranked No. 2 in Delco and qualified for the PIAA Class 3A Championships in both hurdles events. She came home from Shippensburg with an eighth-place medal in the 100 hurdles after placing fourth at the District 1 Championships. She was fifth at districts in the 300 hurdles and second in both hurdles events at Delcos. The Robert Morris-bound senior set the school record in both events, running 14.47 seconds in the 100 hurdles and 43.93 in the 300 hurdles.
Bridget Dawson, Springfield: The only freshman on the All-Delco team, Dawson proved to be one of the top 800/1,600 runners in the county. She ranked third in Delco in the 800 and fourth in the 1,600. She ran a personal-best 5:09.95 to take second in the 1,600 at Delcos and a career-best 2:16.55 in the 800 at New Balance Outdoor Nationals. Dawson also was a key member of Springfield’s 4 x 800 relay that was fourth at districts and qualified for states. She also ran on the 4 x 400 that was ranked fourth in Delco.
Kadi Golembiewski, Upper Darby: Although she did run the 800, where she won the Central League championship, Golembiewski’s specialty was the 400. The junior took second behind Cavanaugh at the Delco Championships with a personal-best time of 57.38. She joined Tajai Powell, Ovviya Lauderdale and Laila Fofana to set the school record of 3:49.55 with a second-place finish in the 4 x 400 at the PIAA Championships. That relay team won the Central League race at Penn Relays and was fifth in the Philadelphia Area race.
Janaye Haye, Upper Darby: The Royals have produced quite a few top-notch jumpers over the years, and Haye is the latest in that long line of outstanding athletes. She ranked No. 1 and was the Delco champ in the triple jump, and took seventh in the event at the District 1 Class 3A Championships. Haye, a senior, turned in her career-best performance with a leap of 37-8, to win the triple jump at the Delco Relays.
Tajai Powell, Upper Darby: The junior ran all three sprints for the Royals, but her best individual event was the 200, where she took second at the Delco Championships with a personal-best 24.93. Powell also was on the 4 x 400 relay team that placed second at states, third at districts, won the Central League race and finished fifth in the Philadelphia Area race at the Penn Relays.
