OBITUARY
Susan Mary Elizabeth Smith, 37, of West Lawn, went to be in the arms of Jesus on Aug. 15, 2026.
Susan, a daughter of Chancey and Carol (Reider) Smith, was born on July 31, 1989. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Stacey, and brother, Brooke, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece, nephews, and a great niece.
Though she had many physical and medical challenges, she was the happiest and loving person you’d ever meet. All who knew her loved her. She had great nurses who took very good care of her while she was home. If the world was like Susan, God would have created a perfect world.
Now she is in heaven, dancing, and singing with her Nanny, Pop Pop, Mum Mum, Pop Pop, and big brother, Chancey, and her loving teacher, Mrs. Debbie.
Services and burial will be private for the family. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Margaret E. Moul Home, 2050 Barley Road, York, PA 17408, in Susan’s memory so they may continue to care for our loved ones in need.
