A Lehigh Valley chocolate shop will be back in business after being closed for renovations.
Truffle Bar will reopen Wednesday at 5831 W. Tilghman St. in Upper Macungie Township. Menu options include truffles, cake pucks, dipped Oreos, dipped pretzels and Dubai chocolate, its website listed.
“We’re so grateful for your patience as we’ve been busy creating something new and we can’t wait for you to come see the space and experience Truffle Bar in a whole new way,” the shop said. “We’re ready to dip into something new, decorate your experience, and create sweet memories together.”
The shop closed in July to expand the kitchen space and accommodate more parties and classes.
It opened at the space in 2023 under owner Brooke Dietrick after operating as a temporary pop-up.
Other chocolate businesses in the Lehigh Valley include Choco B in Allentown, Josh Early Candies in South Whitehall and Bethlehem townships, Chocodiem at the Easton Public Market and Chocolates on Broadway in Bangor.
Truffle Bar will reopen as cocoa prices have gradually increased from earlier this year, according to CNBC, from a little over $3,400 per metric ton on March 11 to a little over $5,900 per metric ton on Monday.
