422 East bridge repairs completed early, both lanes now reopened | Berks Traffic

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. – The scheduled bridge work on 422 East has been completed a day early, and both lanes are now open to all drivers, PennDOT says.

The work was scheduled to close the right lane of 422 East from 7 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Tuesday, but has been completed as of Monday morning.

The closure occurred between Bingaman Street/Business Route 222 and Interstate 176, PennDOT said.

There were single-lane conditions for bridge deck repairs on the bridge over Brentwood Drive.
