Those up early enough on Tuesday were treated to a sight, as SpaceX’s Falcon 9 shuttle could be seen by the naked eye over the Philadelphia region.
According to SpaceX online, the shuttle mission was intended to launch 29 Starlink satellites into orbit.

The shuttle launched at about 5:23 a.m. and was visible in parts of the Philadelphia region between 5:38 and 5:48 a.m.
During the morning, NBC10 viewers shared footage of the launch.
Laura Toy, an NBC10 viewer from Warwick, Maryland shared video as the SpaceX Falcon 9 flew over her home.

On Tuesday morning, SpaceX, on social media, confirmed the satellites had been successfully launched.

Following the deployment of the satellites, Falcon 9 landed safely back in Florida, SpaceX said on social media.

The entire flight lasted just minutes.
