(WJET/WFXP) — The Erie Zoo has announced the return of a popular annual event.
Tickets for Lions, Tigers, & Beers will go on sale at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 28.
The 21-and-older event will take place on Saturday, October 3. The evening allows guests to “trick-or-treat” for beer samples throughout the zoo.
According to the Erie Zoo, tickets for the event sell out within minutes. VIP tickets, which allow guests access at 5 p.m. instead of 6, are $70 for members and $82 for nonmembers. General Admission tickets are $60 for members, $70 for nonmembers and $30 for designated drivers.

Lions, Tigers, & Beers features a behind-the-scenes animal tour, live local music, local food trucks, beer sampling and more. The event is made possible through the Erie Beer Company.
Tickets are sold exclusively on Eventbrite.com. Guests can purchase a maximum of four tickets per ticket type.
