Highland cows “marry” in Pennsylvania ceremony
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. —
Two Highland cows, Olaf and Anna, were “married” in a unique ceremony over the weekend at Willow Highland Acres and Red Fox Winery in Washington County, Pennsylvania, drawing a crowd of more than 100 people, organizers said.
Organizers also said one of the bizarre highlights of the event was the mascot of the Washington Wild Things, a professional baseball team in the Frontier League, objecting to the “moo-ridge.”
The Grinch, who was on cleanup duty, stepped in to save the wedding, despite being a little early for Christmas, organizers said.
