BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Bethlehem Police Department is investigating an incident involving a large altercation and a potential stabbing at a hotel in the City of Bethlehem.
At approximately 5:56 p.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Motel Drive for a report of a fight involving multiple individuals, according to Captain William Audelo of the Bethlehem Police Department.
Capt. Audelo says preliminary information indicates that two individuals sustained apparent stab wounds during the incident. Both individuals are receiving medical treatment. Their conditions are not being released at this time.
Officers and detectives remain on scene, and the circumstances surrounding the incident are actively being investigated, according to the captain.
Because this investigation is in its very early stages, additional details regarding the individuals involved and the circumstances leading to the incident are not being released at this time.
The Bethlehem Police Department will provide an update when additional information has been confirmed and can be released without compromising the investigation.
