ALLENTOWN, Pa. — An Emmaus man is behind bars after allegedly throwing a milkshake at a state trooper who was conducting a traffic stop.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. Monday along I-78 East near the Lehigh Street exit in Allentown.
State Police said 30-year-old Brad Thomas March drove past a traffic stop involving a relative twice, throwing a milkshake at the investigating trooper during one of the passes.
March is charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault, nine misdemeanors, including propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle, and two summary offenses, according to court records.
He was arraigned Wednesday morning and sent to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
