Pennsylvania man sues restaurant after slipping on ricotta cheese
GREENSBURG, Pa. —
A Pennsylvania man has filed a lawsuit in Greensburg civil court, claiming he injured his back after slipping on ricotta cheese outside the restaurant Olives and Peppers.
The man alleges that a “piece of food substance,” which he identified as ricotta cheese, caused him to fall in front of the restaurant.
He said that after the fall, staff rushed to clean up the substance instead of immediately helping him.
The lawsuit accuses the restaurant’s owners of negligence in connection with the incident.
