PITTSTON — The final day of the 2026 Pittston Tomato Festival kicked off with the crowning of Little Miss Mr. Tomato at the bandshell in the lower lot last Sunday.

Following a brief drizzle that quickly turned to sunshine, Rachel Stach, 4, was chosen as this year’s Little Miss, while Colton Malloy, 3, was honored with the title of Little Mr.

The first runner-up for Little Miss was Vivienne Dante, 5, and the first runner-up for Little Mr. was Donald Galli, 3.

Each winner and runner-up were presented with a sash and a trophy.

Little Miss 2025, McKenzie Malloy, and Little Mr. 2025, Beckham Yates, helped to pass on their titles and award this year’s winners.

The pageant was emceed by Main Street Manager Cara Wengen and judged by Tomato Festival Committee Member Patty Sentigar, Devon’s Diamonds owner Michael Caruso and Pittston Area Assistant Football Coach Greg Holl.
