BELLEFONTE, Pa. — Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant football coach who was convicted of sexually abusing nearly a dozen boys during his time at the school, is due back in court in September.

According to Sandusky’s legal team, one of the men who testified against Sandusky is now coming forward to say that he was not abused by him.

The evidentiary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 8 at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.

The man changing his story presented graphic and detailed testimony during Sandusky’s trial for sex crimes.

Sandusky played at Penn State in the ’60s, and coached with the Nittany Lions from 1969 to 1999.

In 2011, authorities arrested Sandusky and accused him of sexually abusing young boys for years.

Sandusky began serving a 30-to-60 year prison term in the fall of 2012.

He is now 82-years-old.
