Steelers reportedly trade offensive lineman Broderick Jones to Cowboys
PITTSBURGH —
The Pittsburgh Steelers are trading their 2023 first-round pick to the Dallas Cowboys, ESPN reported Saturday.
ESPN said the Steelers are sending Broderick Jones and a fourth-round pick to the Cowboys in exchange for a future third- and sixth-round pick.
Jones was the team’s starting left tackle in 2025 and suffered a season-ending neck injury in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears.
After a long recovery, ESPN said Jones was cleared to return to football activities at the start of training camp, but “he struggled to return to form.”
The Steelers have not yet confirmed the trade.
