Paws in the Park is back this weekend at Nay Aug Park in Scranton.
For the 6th year in a row, it’s one of the biggest fundraisers of the year, not only for “Street Cats and Dogs of Nay Aug Zoo,” but for many other foster-based rescues in the area.
Attendees enjoyed playing with some cats and dogs up for adoption, as well as checking out vendors and basket raffles.
Last year, “Paws in the Park” raised almost $1,000 per rescue, and organizers are looking to break that number this year.
