Described by the publication as the “end-all, be-all” list of influential business leaders in Pennsylvania’s mid-state region, the CPBJ 300 highlights leaders making an impact across business, nonprofits, government, and higher education.
De Stefano transitions into the role of CEO of RKL on Sept. 1, succeeding CEO Ed Monborne, who has led the firm during his 15 years in the position.
PA STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY CONTROLLERS
Joe Rudderow, Berks County Controller, was elected first vice president of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Controllers at the Association’s Annual Meeting in July.

As first vice president, Rudderow serves on the executive committee of the Association, which meets to develop the educational and legislative priorities for the Association based on direction from the membership.
The Pennsylvania State Association of County Controllers was created under Pennsylvania state statute, Act 129 of 1919, though the first meeting of County Controllers for discussion of related issues was held in 1914. It consists of elected Controllers, Deputies, Internal Auditors, and Solicitors
FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER
Family Guidance Center has announced the appointment of Dellise Otero to its board of directors. Otero brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, and financial leadership, along with a strong commitment to mentoring and making a positive impact in the community.

Otero currently serves as chief financial officer and firm administrator at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys, where she combines her legal and financial expertise to support the firm’s strategic and operational objectives. Her professional background includes leadership positions as a CFO, Controller, and Certified Public Accountant, giving her extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, business strategy, and organizational management.
